FurnFurn wants every order to arrive in good condition and match the product information shown on the website. If something is wrong with your order, contact customer service so we can review the situation and confirm the next step.
Product warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty that applies in the customer's country. This means a product should be as described, fit for normal use and free from defects that should not be expected.
Reporting a problem
If you have a complaint or product issue, contact customer service with your order number, the email address used for the order, a clear description of the issue and photos of the product and packaging where relevant.
Damaged items
If an item is damaged during delivery, report it as soon as possible after receiving the order. Keep the packaging until customer service confirms whether it is needed for the claim.

Depending on the issue, FurnFurn may offer repair, replacement, missing parts support, return instructions or another appropriate solution.
